Your credit card will be charged a setup fee in the amount of your monthly subscription as soon as you place your order. However, that setup will be applied to your first month's subscription AFTER the Hotsheet(s) are online and delivering free, organic traffic. You will not be billed again until 30 days after the Hotsheet(s) are up and running. After that, you will be charged every 30 days on or about the same date of each month in advance of that month's service.

No. We don't believe in making you commit to a contract. You can cancel your subscription any time, with no cancellation fees. All we ask is that you provide us with 30 days notice to cancel your subscription.

At this time, our largest discount amounts to more than 50% off the single Hotsheet price for any one company ordering 10 Hotsheets. If you have a large office, or are in need of larger subscriptions, please contact us at 312-846-9595. We will try to comply with all reasonable requests.

All of our systems are hosted on infinitely scalable, dedicated servers, by Rackspace. They have proven to be very fast and 100% reliable.

For maximum performance, we recommend you use a domain name that already has a history associated with your brand (i.e. www.abcrealty.com), in addition to a few domains that are keyword specific to the targeted market. (i.e. www.newbuffalomichiganrealestate.com for New Buffalo, MI)

No. Once properly setup, your Hotsheets will automatically be updated with the newest listings. Occasionally, search providers will change algorithms or your IDX provider will change its feed. We constantly monitor these changes and then modify your Hotsheet as needed. This is all done in the background without any inconvenience to you.
