My background consists of more than 20 years hands-on experience in the development and deployment of successful marketing tools, while engaged in the Real Estate Industry as a builder, developer, real estate broker and entrepreneur.
Most recently, since 2004, I have been the owner and Principal Broker of Lake Realty Group in New Buffalo, MI. I have been the top “Buyer’s Broker” in the Southwest Michigan lakefront market (see REALTOR Rank).
Nearly 100% of my leads were generated by internet systems I developed or implemented myself. In October this year, I merged by real estate brokerage with another firm in Union Pier, where I continue to serve as an outside consultant.
